We were very pleased to partner with Positify to help us with some our temp labor staffing needs. Positify was able to present us several experienced and skilled professionals that had a misfortune of being displaced from their home country by a geopolitical conflict. The candidates showed great enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive outlook during the interview process, and once hired, our new contractor made tangible contributions right away. Working with Positify we were able to find people who were not only qualified but were also a great fit for our team, all at a fraction of the cost compared to more traditional agencies. In addition, Positify was very flexible and responsive during negotiation and onboarding process. Most of all though, it is great to be in a position where we can help people who were displaced by a terrible conflict.

I am writing this to provide a review of Marina and Viktoriia's work. Viktoriia: She only works on AHSA for me, but her work has been great every week. Her tasks are always completely promptly. I recently provided her with some updates for several AHSA facilities and programs with new rules, and she has been able to catch on fast which is excellent. She does not have many questions, but she is always welcome to ask if she needs help! Even though she only helps me with one MSP because she works with other team members, the work she does on AHSA is extremely important and well done. It does not go unnoticed!

I am writing this to provide a review of Marina and Viktoriia's work. Marina: She works on several MSPs for me and has been an immense help. I would not be able to keep up on my own tasks without her assistance. Marina askes me questions often when she encounters a new situation to make sure she is handling it correctly; this is great. There have been a few instances where Marina has been working too fast and missed a couple errors that could have been corrected, but I have explained each of these to her and explained accuracy is always most important. Marina is always willing to meet so that I may explain new tasks to her. We worked together to create a schedule of which days I need her tasks completed, and she has been following this. She is truly a great worker and has helped my programs and MSPs to become more successful for us.
