We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our in-office team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in individual and small business tax preparation, a thorough understanding of federal and state tax laws, and excellent client communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
  • Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
  • Analyze financial statements and supporting documents to determine tax implications
  • Advise clients on tax planning strategies, deductions, and credits
  • Maintain effective communication with clients regarding tax matters
  • Assist with tax planning and advisory projects

Qualifications

  • Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a tax firm
  • Proficiency in Lacerte, QuickBooks or other accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Licensing Requirements
Candidates must hold at least one of the following active licenses:

We are an international outsourcing company based in the U.S. We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our remote team from Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of the business automation platform.
  • Work with low-code / no-code tools while also writing custom code when required.
  • Implement integrations with various systems and services.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to clarify requirements and deliver features.
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code.
  • Ensure software performance, security, and reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience; modern web technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular or similar for frontend; Node.js, .NET, Java or similar for backend.
